Meet our founder Sean von Ancken.
Sean founded Applied Research Investigations because he believes that access to state-of-the-art investigative tactics and technologies should be available to civil organizations, criminal defendants, and private citizens alike.
He started his career in Broward County as an investigator for the most sought after P.I. Agency in South Florida. He specializes in online investigations and data analysis and is licensed in both Florida and Arizona.
Sean is a certified OSINT practitioner and privacy expert. He is constantly updating and refining his online and offline toolkits to deliver the most thorough intelligence in the industry.
